General Information
Welcome to Future Minds Tuition Centre. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our online services and tuition programs. By accessing our website or enrolling in a program, you agree to comply with these terms. We are committed to providing a supportive and professional learning environment for students in Schofields and surrounding suburbs.

Future Minds accepts only full-term enrollments during school term and complete holiday program which are conducted during school holidays.
Class Policies
Our small-group classes are designed for maximum student engagement. We recommend consistent attendance to ensure visible progress in Years K–10.
Students are expected to bring their notebook, devices and pencil/pens to the class. Mobile phones are not allowed in the class.
Parents and guardians must arrange for their child to be collected promptly at the scheduled finishing time.
Future Minds Tuition Centre may occasionally need to cancel, reschedule or change a class because of teacher illness, emergencies, operational requirements or other unforeseen circumstances. A make-up arrangement and prior communication will be sent to the parents.
Payment & Fees
Enrolment fees are subject to our current program pricing. We offer flexible trial sessions to help you determine the best fit for your child's learning needs. Enrollments require full term payment as per invoice due date. Refunds will not be provided in mid term cancellations of enrollments for any reasons.
Leave & Make-up Classes
Parents or guardians must submit a written leave request at least two weeks in advance. Make-up classes may be offered only for genuine reasons, subject to availability and Centre approval. Students absent without prior notice will not normally receive a make-up class. Up to two make-up classes can be provided per school term with valid reasons of absent.
Personal Information
We respect your privacy. We collect information to provide personalized learning materials and progress reports. Your data is used solely for educational purposes and is protected by our secure online platform.
Liability
Future Minds Tuition Centre is not liable for academic outcomes or specific test results. We provide a supportive environment to help students build confidence and skills.
Respectful Behaviours
Respectful behaviours by students and parents towards teachers, fellow students and guardians are required to maintained at all times.Â
